The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) was created through the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23]. Its mandate is to supervise public procurement proceedings to ensure transparency, fairness, honesty, cost-effectiveness and competition.
